The six months start when the Lumora patient app launches, not when you sign. Practices that join before launch get the full six months. After the call, launch partners sign a short, non-binding letter of intent, with no exclusivity and no financial commitment.

What practice owners ask.
Is there really no fee?
Launch partners pay no platform fee, setup fee or subscription at any point, and a 0% referral fee for the first six months after launch. From month seven, any referral fee is agreed with you by mutual agreement, in writing, before it applies.
When do the six months start?
When the patient app launches. If you join before launch, you still get the full six months from launch day.
What happens after six months?
We agree a referral fee together. We don't set it and apply it to you. There's no contract, so if you don't like what's proposed, you leave and nothing is owed.
Do you take a cut of my consultation fee?
Not in the first six months. The referral fee is 0%, so the full consultation fee goes to you. From month seven, any referral fee is agreed with you first.
How and when do I get paid?
Patients pay by card when they book, and the fee goes to your practice account. We'll confirm timings on the call.
Do I need new software?
You get the Lumora practice app for fees, availability and bookings. We'll cover how it sits alongside your practice management system on the call.
How many patients will I get?
We won't promise a number. Lumora is launching, and launch partners are the first practices that patients in their area see. On the call we'll look at your area together.
Does Lumora diagnose patients?
No. Lumora is a home monitoring app. It supports, and never replaces, clinical examination. Diagnosis and treatment stay with you.
